Venture Turtle Returns and Claims Policy

Claims and Reporting Issues

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• If an error is determined to be the fault of Venture Turtle, the claim will be resolved at our expense.

• To report any issues with products or orders, please submit a problem report through our support system.

Return Shipments and Address Information

• The default return address is the Printful facility. An automated email notification will be sent upon receipt of a returned shipment.

• Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

• If you use a return address other than the Printful facility, you are responsible for any returned shipments received at that address.

• If the provided shipping address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility after confirmation of an updated address.

• Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to yourself or your end customer.

• If you have not registered an account with Venture Turtle and have not added a billing method, returned orders due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

• Please contact support@ventureturtle.com before returning any products.

Exceptions and Special Cases

• For health and hygiene reasons, Venture Turtle does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks.

• Returned face masks are not eligible for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returns Initiated by Customers

• Except for customers residing in Brazil, Venture Turtle, does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

• Returns for products, face masks, and size exchanges are at your discretion and expense. If you accept such returns, you must place a new order at your expense for any replacement item.

• Brazilian customers who wish to return an item must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the product and provide a picture of the item. The request will be evaluated to determine if the product was used or damaged. Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used or destroyed.

European Union Notice

• In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products.
